everything is made to order at our studio so allow up to 2 weeks 

most of the time items are ready to go out sooner , so you might get lucky

please be patient, we work round the clock 7 days a week for you

delivery times (once shipped)

uk 1-2 working days

usa + europe  3-5 working days

australia  3-7 working days

rest of the world  3-10 working days

these timeframes are what the couriers promise but sometimes, very rarely it might take a little longer 

you're responsible for entering the correct address and contact information when checking out, so please double check

in the rare chance that you've received a customs charge, you will need to pay it in order for your package to be released to you  

if your package is returned to us by the carrier your order will be refunded -minus shipping costs

everything is made to order at our studio in london to reduce waste and overstock therefore we have a no return policy

we can exchange sizes if you're unhappy with how something fits but please double check measurements and sizing before ordering as you will be responsible for covering return postage (both ways)

if you're in the uk this normally won't cost more than £5 altogether but if you're international the cost will start to add up significantly

all pieces are thoroughly checked and prepared before being packaged to make sure that there are no faults or quality issues but in the rare instance that we've missed something, email us asap so that we can resolve things for you
